Karen Wood, LMHC has worked within the family court system for 25 years. Parents who separate must still learn how to communicate regarding parenting topics. For some, this is not easy. Having a neutral third party assist you in learning how to transition into a more business-like parenting relationship can keep you out of court and will show your children that their parents can still communicate. Sometimes a parent and child may become estranged. Reunification Therapy is a process that can mend the relationship. More information on this can be found at the Reunification tab.
